DataBits was established in 1995 by Ray Gomm after 20 years direct and relative experience culminating in the post of National Technical Training Manager for the UK's then largest independent office equipment service company. Nowadays Ray spends all of his time with clients, both on site and by remote access dealing with all the day to day situations as they occur. A lot of his time is spent liaising between the many third party application suppliers and ensuring that all their products perform and integrate correctly - although he is also hands on with both hardware and software. Basically, whatever needs doing Ray will either do it or see it's done with the minimum of fuss. Ray believes in providing honest and total commitment to his clients as can be borne out by the long standing relationships with his clients - see "Success Stories" for some remarkable achievements
