ENTIRE SUPPORT SOLUTIONS AT CURRENT CLIENTS -  Updated July 2007     

Luker Rowe Hibernian - Amersham:  Since 1995 we have continuously supplied total IT services and goods for Luker Rowe & Co. We've built and maintained all their Workstations and even their  Servers. When they moved to Amersham we installed all the Network cabling to the first floor ( they sub-let the ground floor ) and relocated all their equipment ourselves. When they, later, merged Hibernian Insurance into the group we Network cabled the ground floor, built and supplied new Workstations and integrated Hibernians applications into the existing Luker Rowe network. They now have 28 DataBits manufactured Workstations, two DataBits manufactured Servers and three third party Servers for separate applications. They utilise secure remote connections on Terminal Services and users can access the network and all it's applications from anywhere in the world as though they were at their own office desk.
We maintain the entire Luker Rowe Group under an annual Maintenance Contract.

Thornes Property - Luton:  in 1995 we installed network cabling, 10 DataBits manufactured Workstations and a Server to Thornes.  Since then we have continuously been responsible for their entire IT Support supplying DataBits workstations and all other goods and services on a Time and Material basis.
On Friday 13th July 2007 their building burnt to the ground !   Within hours we had ordered all new computer equipment for them and put all the wheels in motion. Although all the Workstations were lost, fortunately the Server was in a back room and escaped the flames ( but not the water!!! ). Ray went to the burnt out building in the afternoon and rescued the Server which was rebuilt over the weekend. On Monday evening (16th) they signed a lease on new premises and at 08:00 the next day (Tuesday) we arrived with the new equipment to new empty premises. By lunchtime all the new equipment was configured and as new desks arrived the computers were put in place and connected with temporary cabling. They were able to begin work again by 3:00pm that same day.  The following morning at 05:30 our cabling team arrived and by lunchtime modular wiring had been installed for Computer Data and Telephones and all connected up

Peverel OM- Docklands and Essex: In 1995 we supplied the very first computer network to O.M.Management in Luton; comprising 10 Workstations and two printers.  They subsequently expanded with more DataBits manufactured PCs and moved to bigger premises where we supplied and installed 128 Computer Data and Telephone outlets in structured under-floor cabling. We continued to provide total IT supply and support until they merged into the Peverel Organisation, who's own internal support then took over. Just three years later we were invited back and currently supply IT goods and services to 11 projects in and around Docklands, East London.  In order to support Peverel OM we had to attain National Britannia SafeContractor status which we've continued to hold since 2003

Philip Phillips & Co - Hendon NW4: - we have supplied total IT support to Philip Phillips & Co, on a Time and Material basis, continuously since 1996.  They rely on DataBits manufactured Workstations and Hewlett Packard Servers. In 2006 we relocated them to a new building, having first installed structured cabling for Computer Data and Telephones.

R.Whitley & Co - West Drayton: we have supplied total and continuous IT support in goods and services to R Whitley & Co since 1997.  Again, we installed structured cabling and 12 DataBits manufactured computer workstations - which have been replaced with more DataBits computers over  the years.

In conclusion:  We continue to supply total IT services to all of the above - and many more.  As you can see from the start dates of the above liaisons, we believe in long-term relationships.
