Luker Rowe Hibernian - Amersham:  have just renewed their annual Maintenance Contract right through until 31st December 2010.  This is now our 15th consecutive year of providing total I.T. support

Luker Rowe have 32 Workstations onsite, a powerful new VMWare based Server and two third-party Servers for two of the eight third party applications. They utilise secure remote connections on Terminal Services via a managed UTM and suitably configured users can access the network and all its applications from anywhere in the world as though they were at their own office desk. Management and field staff also have their mobile phones synchronised to their Email account back at Head Office.

Ray provides total IT Support for all the hardware and software and liaises in depth with the suppliers of the 8 third party applications in use to ensure that they all work and integrate correctly without any detriment to each other. 

Since 1995 Ray has continuously supplied total IT Support for Luker Rowe & Co. 

Thornes Property - Luton:  also renewed their Support Contract through to 31st December 2010 - and, again, continuing 15 years of total IT Support

in 1995 we installed network cabling, 10 DataBits manufactured Workstations and a Server to Thornes.  Since then we have continuously been responsible for their entire IT Support and, more recently, renewing with Hewlett Packard Workstations and a Server.

At 2am on Friday 13th July 2007 their building burnt to the ground and all the Workstations were lost!    Fortunately the Server escaped the flames ( but not the water!!! ). By 3pm that same day Ray had ordered 11 new Workstations and had been to the building and, escorted by the Fire Brigade,  collected the Server which was rebuilt over the weekend . New premises were found on the Monday and at 7am the very next day  (Tuesday) we arrived with the new equipment to new empty premises. We configured the new equipment, set up the new desks as they arrived, connected the network with temporary cabling and work resumed by lunchtime. We subsequently replaced the temporary cabling with structured Cat5 cabling.

R.Whitley & Co - West Drayton: have also renewed their Support Contract through to 31st December 2010 making 13 years continuous IT Support.

we have supplied total and continuous IT support in goods and services to R Whitley & Co since 1997.  Again, we installed structured cabling and 12 DataBits manufactured computer workstations - which, in 2008, were finally renewed with Cadar "All-in-One" stations.

Peverel OM- Docklands and Essex: In 1995 we supplied the very first computer network to O.M.Management in Luton; comprising 10 Workstations and two printers.  They subsequently expanded with more DataBits manufactured PCs and moved to bigger premises- a move which we arranged and co-ordinated. We continued to provide total IT supply and support until they merged into the Peverel Organisation, who's own internal support then took over. Just three years later we were invited back and resumed supplying IT goods and services to projects in and around Docklands, East London and Essex. 

Philip Phillips & Co - Hendon NW4: - we have supplied total IT support to Philip Phillips & Co, on a Time and Material basis, continuously since 1996.  They rely on DataBits manufactured Workstations and Hewlett Packard Server. In 2006 we relocated them to a new building.

Plus - we support other clients on a "Time & Material" basis

In conclusion:  We continue to supply total IT services to all of the above - and many more.  As you can see from the start dates of the above liaisons, we believe in long-term relationships.
